Yvette qualified with a BSc (QS) honours degree, at the University of Port Elizabeth (now the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University) in 1996. She is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor and holds memberships with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession and RICS (Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors)

Yvette has 22 years hands-on experience covering a broad range of construction and engineering projects. This experience has been gained within the mining, petro-chemical and power generation sectors.

As owner and founder of Cost and Risk Management Professionals (Pty) Ltd is actively involved in running and managing a variety of small to large scale projects as well as the day to day management of the business.

An accomplished project delivery professional with expertise in managing lucrative mining, engineering and construction projects across the full project life-cycle from inception through to completion. In a current role as Executive Director, holding key involvement in strategy development and commercial management. Proven track record in creating new business and bringing profitable return to shareholders while rendering affordable services to clients without compromising quality.

For 14 years, prior to joining CRMP, Geoff was employed by a global, Fortune 500 engineering and project delivery firm and held the position of Executive, and Market Sector Lead for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
